S.A.P. Bootcamp Experience

From August 2025 to January 2026, I attended a 6-month SAP ABAP Bootcamp at Techno India Group in Salt Lake City, West Bengal.

This was my introduction to the world of SAP and enterprise software development. During the bootcamp, I learned how business applications are developed inside SAP systems and got hands-on experience with ABAP programming.

What I Learned

I started with the fundamentals of ABAP (Advanced Business Application Programming), including:

• Writing simple ABAP programs
• Working with reports and internal tables
• Understanding program flow and data handling
• Learning basic debugging techniques

I also explored Object-Oriented ABAP (OOABAP), where I learned about classes, objects, methods, and reusable code structures used in modern SAP development.

Alongside programming, I was introduced to SAP HANA and basic database concepts, helping me understand how SAP applications manage and process large amounts of business data efficiently.

Overall Experience

The bootcamp was a great learning experience and gave me a strong foundation in SAP technologies. It helped me improve my programming skills, understand enterprise-level software systems, and gain practical exposure to how real-world business applications are developed.
